Creating an Account

  1. Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Provide the required details including your full name, a valid email address, and a secure password.
  3. Verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  4. Log in using your credentials to access your personal dashboard.

Hosting an Event

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Click the "Create New Event" button.
  3. Fill out essential event details including:
    • Event name and description
    • Date and time
    • Venue (physical or virtual)
    • Event banner or promotional image
    • Event category (e.g., Music, Corporate, Entertainment)
  4. Enable optional features such as:
    • Ticket Sales
    • Contest Voting
    • SMS Broadcast
  5. Click "Publish" to go live and start sharing your event.
Pro Tip: Save your event as a draft first to preview how it will appear to attendees before publishing.

Ticket Sales Management

  • Create multiple ticket types (e.g., Regular, VIP, Early Bird, Student).
  • Assign pricing, availability periods, and quantity limits.

  • Monitor ticket sales and attendee statistics in real-time.
  • Download attendee data in .CSV or .XLS format for offline access.

  1. From your Event Dashboard, select "Nomination Forms".
  2. Click "Create New Form" and name your form.
  3. Drag and drop fields such as:
    • Full Name
    • Biography
    • Photo Upload
    • Category
    • Phone number / Email
    • Social media handles
  4. Save and attach the form to your event or contest entry process.

Participants will be required to complete this form to be listed as nominees or contestants.

Event SMS Broadcast

Use SMS campaigns to reach your event attendees or registered users instantly.

  1. Access the SMS Broadcast tool from your dashboard.
  2. Compose a short and clear message. Stay within character limits for better delivery.
  3. Select recipients:
    • All ticket buyers
    • Contest voters
    • Nominees or selected categories
    • Custom contact list (upload .CSV if needed)
  4. Preview the message and click "Send Now" or schedule for later.
Note: SMS broadcasting may incur additional costs based on your plan and the number of recipients.
