Creating an Account
- Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top right corner of the homepage.
- Provide the required details including your full name, a valid email address, and a secure password.
- Verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
- Log in using your credentials to access your personal dashboard.

Note: Creating an account is free and unlocks access to all core event hosting features.
Hosting an Event
- Log into your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click the "Create New Event" button.
- Fill out essential event details including:
- Event name and description
- Date and time
- Venue (physical or virtual)
- Event banner or promotional image
- Event category (e.g., Music, Corporate, Entertainment)
- Enable optional features such as:
- Ticket Sales
- Contest Voting
- SMS Broadcast
- Click "Publish" to go live and start sharing your event.
Ticket Sales Management
- Create multiple ticket types (e.g., Regular, VIP, Early Bird, Student).
- Assign pricing, availability periods, and quantity limits.
- Enable discount codes or promotional bundles.
- Monitor ticket sales and attendee statistics in real-time.
- Download attendee data in .CSV or .XLS format for offline access.

Note: All payments are securely processed through our integrated payment gateway with support for mobile money, debit/credit cards, and local options.

- Set voting durations and daily or overall vote limits per user.
- Monitor real-time vote counts and publish results automatically or manually.
Dynamic Nomination Forms
Create customized nomination or registration forms to gather participant information before events or contests begin.
- From your Event Dashboard, select "Nomination Forms".
- Click "Create New Form" and name your form.
- Drag and drop fields such as:
- Full Name
- Biography
- Photo Upload
- Category
- Phone number / Email
- Social media handles
- Save and attach the form to your event or contest entry process.
Participants will be required to complete this form to be listed as nominees or contestants.
Event SMS Broadcast
Use SMS campaigns to reach your event attendees or registered users instantly.
- Access the SMS Broadcast tool from your dashboard.
- Compose a short and clear message. Stay within character limits for better delivery.
- Select recipients:
- All ticket buyers
- Contest voters
- Nominees or selected categories
- Custom contact list (upload .CSV if needed)
- Preview the message and click "Send Now" or schedule for later.

- View summary of ongoing, upcoming, and past events.
- Access individual event controls like edit, duplicate, or delete.
- Analyze sales and voting performance with charts and metrics.
- Review form submissions, SMS activity, and audience engagement.
- Get system alerts for payment or activity issues.
Performance Analytics
Track event performance with detailed charts and metrics.
Smart Notifications
Receive alerts for important events and milestones.
Quick Actions
Duplicate events or access frequently used features quickly.
Account Settings
- Change profile picture, name, contact details, and organization name.
- Set a new password and configure two-step verification (optional).
- Manage saved payment methods and notification preferences.
- Link or unlink third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook or Google login).
